Read the pathway I was trying to re-emphasize. The term Pathologist is strictly a medical Doctor. Post graduate train for Doctors and scientist is organised by the same college. Biomedical science is also a different course and some school run such programs, but MLS keep suppressing them

A Medical laboratory scientist can never no matter his years of experience be termed a pathologist, instead the same body regulates laboratory practice in advance Climes. This would be fought against by MLS, which seek unholy autonomy.
