It's going to be an interesting time in Ekiti, but the majority of people that are going to vote are not social media. Drop the arguments and federal might ideology, come July 14th, we know the right candidate to vote for. Ekiti Kete ooo.

It's no hidden truth that Fayose rigged the elections with the 2Billion he got from Dasuki and the help of Jonathan

Apc keep loosing elections with their body odour to governance. after ekiti state governorship election, osun state governorship is next.

Hahahaha! Fayose's supporters should pray he is able to sleep after today because July is still a long way off. Perhaps fayose was hoping that a weak candidate would win, not Fayemi whose presence on the ground is formidable and will forestall fayose's rigging plans, while they themselves freely implement their rigging arrangements with federal might behind them.

I wish Fayemi well but I really don't see him winning the election. However, you never say never in politics. Other dynamics may come into play before the election day and plus Fayose's abysmal performance, anything can still happen.

No disrespect to EKITI people but have spent 3 years here and if you ask an average EKITI man or woman why they hate fayemi ...
they would give these reasons.
- he wanted to Re-train teachers
*— re-training teachers automatically means he wants to sack teachers according to them o! Sometimes I’ll just laugh.
- he does not roll down his car windows when ever he is driving by
*— so technically if he rolls down and wave at people that’s a sign he is close to the people he is governing’ they have a point I guess he should learn to create a bond with his people not necessarily eat pomo rd side or fry Garri.
-he left EKITI a huge debt
*- ironically he left EKITI a big debt but owed just one month( yes 1month he left middle of the month handed over power and the incoming governor did not deem it fit to sign off pay when it was due so technically EKITI people still counts that months pay as a debt fayemi owed but d truth is a governor leaving office on the 9th of May can’t pay May’s salary on the 9th if you know you know .
Even Lagos state de owe! Banks don’t just give loan they spread it all over but EKITI people will say he built a new government house and left a huge loan to be repaid.
To be fair I think the civil servant were his problem back then and it’s simply because he wanted to retrain teachers so they can be able to give the kids they are teaching the best possible Education.
When Buhari said the Youths are lazy e made one big mistake!!! The generation before us are Super-lazy they are so lazy they had no time to read or review the 1999 constitution
They refuse to vote at times
They refuse to acknowledge their power as the populace let alone call those representing them to order
Some of them even refused to be Re-trained even thou they teach Knowledge is a continuous process eg: EKITI teachers lol
God bless all NYSC members doing their best in all 36 states as teachers - they are really doing a lot

EKITI election should and would be interesting!
It’s gonna be different from the one where APC members were chased with bottles and the Police could do pretty much noting about it.
Fayose has EKITI on lock down but 16-0 naaaa it’s likely gonna be a C Ronaldo vs Leo Messi anybody can win
