While growing up, had a friend whose mother used to sell yam... They fed on yam morning till evening for months... They will make different delicacies from yam.... But they don't have twins.... Science has it that a single sperm cell splits when entering the womb to beget twins.... The sperm is made up of fructose which is said to be the highest concentrated sugar after sucrose and it is gotten from banana and honey.... Consuming excess of banana and merging it honey for months without having sex and having the woman reduced her sugar intake could give the man the energy to produce sets of twins...but the chances are very slim... Yam has little contribution to it, as yam is mainly rich with carbohydrate..... and excess storage of carbohydrate can be converted into sugar..... |
