I visited NTEL ,ikeja office at No 80 , Obafemi awolowo way last week tuesday to get a new Ntel sim and I met a man attending to some customers when i reached there but to my greatest surprise the guy in charge told me that there's no network for sim registration even though i met him attending to customers. I was upset and dumbfounded. The question that have been popping through my mind since that day is that how can a network provider complain of no network? It's somehow absurd.
