Residents of Kofar Ruwa area in Kano state where surprised top see their road crack months after it was commissioned. According to reports, the road was commissioned some time ago by governor Umar Ganduje and other dignitaries in the state. A driver got stuck in the cracked road while driving as he left the vehicle there. See pictures below;

That crack didn't just show up , it's been forming overtime and the contractor needs to be prosecuted and jailed for inferior work , if during investigations anyone received a kickback, such person should be arrested and jailed as well

It is possible for cracks to develop months after the road was commissioned. Doesn't look like a tremor caused it. Northern Nigeria is tectonically stable. This is evidence of use of substandard materials in road construction.
