Yea at some point I wanted Sanders to win but establishment saw beyond that, the alliance against Sanders might not be necessarily personal but who can win the general elections, a lot of factors come to play outside party politics, that's why Biden performed well in places Democrats candidates failed.

I like Sanders personally myself but what Americans do not want is what Republicans would have done to Sanders by tacking him as a Socialist even though he admitted being a Democratic Socialist like most European Countries are but the sad part is once Americans hear Socialist, their minds goes back to Soviet Union of the past era or China of Mao's time. It's different being a Senator in a State with population of less than 1 million people than running in a country of about 350 million people.
