I've been discussing about starting recharge card printing business with someone online for sometimes now and I am about crediting his account this morning, So I need you guys to verify for me if this is truly how it is done cos I don't want to enter one chance. After bought everything he said I need, a set of computer , A modem and a printer , So he said I should send him #9,000 for the PRINTING SOFTWARE, he then gave me the price for each card and am about sending him #160,000. Please is this the normal Process ? |
