Serious and genuine buyer needed for AGO - TFD( Tank farm delivery.

My seller wants direct buyer or chief mandate, no chains of agents.

The buyer must be willing to follow seller procedure as stated below:

*PROCEDURE*:

(1) Seller sends SPA, Buyer signs and
return with Throughput Agreement, NOR
FORMAT, tank farm detail, charter
receipt, super cargo details,;

(2) Upon confirmation of the particulars ,
NOR Format and farm Tank
details, Seller proceed and instruct his
Vessel Captain to issue a
verifiable, confirmable NOR AND ETA to
Buyer's Tank Farm.

(3) Tank Farm Manager acknowledges
the receipt of NOR

(4) Buyer within 3 bank working days
places BG of N100M in seller's
financial account via swift using seller’s
verbiage AND Vessel captain
sails to Buyer's Tank Farm and long side
for Q& Q Analysis. Vessel Captain
invites Buyer’s inspector onboard his
vessel to conduct test analysis.

(5) Upon successful Q&Q, the N100M
becomes Cash, Buyer places total cargo
instrument, Vessel captain discharges
cargo into buyer storage tanks. Thus,
soft copies cargo documents will be
released to buyer. Buyer Pays to Seller
the cost of cargo less the N100M and
commission to all brokers/facilitators
as stipulated on the SPA. Seller confirms
full payment and commission then
released all original documents to buyer.

(6) Roll over continues.

Price: N160 less N2. ( prone to changes anytime).

One leg of buyer side commission open.

Quantity: 10Kmt upwards

Destination: Lagos.

Other destinations: PH, Calabar ( price differs).
