BUSINESSES AVAILABLE: Mostly a residential street. We have a few retail shops for SMEs. There is a school at the beginning of the street.

ROAD CONDITION: Un-tarred and rough road. It gets flooded during the rainy season. It is a sloppy road that leads to a forested canal.

POWER SUPPLY STATE: Very poor. They go months on end with no light.

RENT RANGE: Two bedrooms flat: N250 thousand and above per annum. Three bedroom flat: N350 thousand and above. Shop rent: N3, 000-N5, 000 monthly.
