* Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

* Conduct trainings to enhance maximum performance
* Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Job Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
* Candidate must possess sales and marketing experience
*  Working knowledge in Real Estate would be an added advantage
* Demonstrate proven experience in Business Development
* Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
* Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
