What makes up the 7up Drink?
7 Up is a brand of lemon-lime flavored, non-caffeinated soft drink. It is advertised as being sweetened with Splenda (sucralose); the formula has been re-tooled and listed the following ingredients: filtered carbonated water, natural flavors, citric acid, potassium citrate, potassium benzoate, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, calcium disodium EDTA.

And LIME?
Lime is a calcium containing inorganic material in which carbonates, oxides and hydroxidespredominate. In the strict sense of the term, lime is calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide.

I am not a scientist, so I do not have all the explanation for how these components work together and what they can do to the body when mixed and taken, so I went to a Doctor friend (I have chosen not to mention his name) to ask if this mixture really works in preventing pregnancy or totally committing abortion of a growing fetus.
According to my friend, the mixture is a myth, as there is no confirmed scientific explanation to how it works. He however raised a hypothesis. In his exact words.
