Following the passage and eventual signing into law by President @MBuhari of the NotTooYoungToRun Bill, the controversy surrounding the passage of the Bill has continued to generate reactions from different quarters and this time, Pensioners under the aegis of Retired FG and State Civil Servants across the country are demanding for the complete abolishment of the compulsory Retirement age for Civil Servant in the Country insisting that if President @MBuhari at his present age could still be vying for the nation's number 1 seat and also encouraging the young people to get involve in active service, then, they should not be discriminated upon by the continued retention of the compulsory age of retirement limit that is currently practiced in the Civil Service Commission Act of Nigeria. They argued that they should as a matter of necessity be given the opportunity of serving the country for as long as their strength can withstand while they continue to enjoy the privilege of earning their full salary packages for as long as the choose.
