What is epic about this response?? We Nigerians like to believe we are very smart and think highly of ourselves. Even far developed countries either opt for Nike or Adidas, puma, unbro, Reebok or other well known sport designers. In the world of football wears, its Nike, Adidas and the rest.
No up coming companies can beat them in sponsorships. And in sporting world it's all about the money and not some primordial sentiments or lame analysis you're trying to put up.

There's a difference between domestication (local manufacturing) of product and sponsorship of a team.

Lolzzz... Nike, Adidas etc. are business firms after profit making, they're not responsible for the development of Nigeria. who/where they contract the sewing and manufacturing of their sportwears to is solely their prerogative.
Sponsoring/kitting Nigeria doesn't compel them to contract their production to some Aba boys without a corporate tag or ISO certification.
Even Eyimba FC of ABA no dey use Aba designers... lol, they're being kitted by Umbro (England).
