Despite the goal returns of Lampard and other achievements ( trophies), Okocha is more iconic in the World setting, if not even in EPL than him. Okocha brought to EPL what they've never seen before in that league. Even up to date, nobody can dribble so uniquely as Jay Jay in EPL.
