Enugu Electricity Distribution Plc (EEDC), headquartered in Enugu State, is responsible for electricity distribution in Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and lmo States. As part of our on-going Service and Business Processes improvement activities, we are looking to recruit exceptional individuals for the following key roles in our Head Office and District Offices within the 5 States that we cover.

Job Title: Customer Service Representatives

Location: Enugu

Description:

The customer service representative will serve at some of our service centers in various Districts and will be responsible for interfacing with customers in respect of bills, bill payments, faults, electricity supply and other problems and concerns. The customer service representative is the face of EEDC which the customer sees, and is expected to provide excellent customer service while responding to customer request.

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum educational qualification for this position is OND from recognised polytechnic in Nigeria. Candidates with Higher qualifications may apply.
