He created the school feeding program to favour the poor Northerners who could barely afford to eat, he created Npower to benefit the northerners who couldnt get jobs because of their poor certificate grades and now to help kingibe who is down financially he has recognised him as a former VP of Nigeria to enable him get backlog of arrears. If he returns in 2019, the West will be the worst hit. |
