I do not think there is any case of fraud in Acorn Petroleum. The directors are in court over a board restructing which some of them are opposed to. of course, many reasons will be made as to why they shouldnt be removed one of which is the allegation of fraud,

Lets hope that every thing is fine in Acorn, by now we are supposed to have recieved a dividend warrant or gone to AGM atleast.

i agree with you but i wonder how the company will be focused when the board is unsettled?
