Which one of the award will trigger the future generation to research who MKO is and his contribution to the country, a day without any mention of his name or a school with his name.

There's no extra perks of anything from the Senate. The post ceremonial declaration is just that ceremonial. Since MKO was not officially given the presidency, he's not entitled to anything from the Senate and his family will not gain anything despite the ceremonial title.
