EniIbukun Charges OYES instructors To Be Proactive On Duty The OYES COMMANDANTE Col. EniIbukun OYEWOLE (rtd) in the early hours of Wednesday 13th of June, 2018 met with the drill instructors from the Nigerian Legion, Nigerian Civil Defense Corps, Man o War and Physical Exercise Instructor in preparation of the Fourth Batch of the Intake into the Osun Youth Empowerment Scheme (OYES). Col Oyewole (rtd) charged the compedium of hardworking individuals who were engaged as instructors for the recruitment of prospective applicants of 'OYES' to be very confident in themselves as he encouraged them not to take their assignment with levity.
