The fact that it does not itch portends to a systemic cause. It has something to do with what you are ingesting or what is happening inside your body. What medicines are you currently taking? Did you take any antibiotics in the last 6 months? Were you taking any medicines when this started?

Exactly, antibiotics I remember when I was younger I took augumetin and I started having black spots on my leg tho mine were round and larger

Had sinusitis some months before this started. Took some antibiotics back then which cured it.
Drug was prescribed by a Medical Doctor.

I haven't changed the food I eat. Neither have I stopped taking any which I have been taking since inception except for breast milk of course.

She says its not itchy. Lichen planus is intensely itchy and the distribution from the pictures are not typical of LP

I think it may just be a post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation but she really needs to see a dermatologist for a definitive diagnosis.

I also have lichen planus. It's all over my body, but not itchy . Just see a dermatologist, I have been using the prescriptions and it's been fair
