1. Some customer who are crook disguise as a customer lodge in your hotel room, having seen how beautiful your hotel room is, with lots of latest and expensive decorative hardware and technology device, this customer while inside the room will call their colleague on phone to come and visit them, while their colleague comes to the hotel visiting him in the room, he will hand-over the key of that room to his colleague which will go outside and duplicate, and comes back to return the original key.
