They craftily said the appointments are on the instructions of the NJC b'cos they knew the whole exercise was skewed in favour of the muslim north, with Igbos having just two or three token appointments to fulfil all righteousness! This is to deflect any incoming missiles towards the direction of the NJC and allow Buhari to come out of it unscathed!
