Maybe,because one faction was in Aso rock to endorsed Jonathan and PDP just before the 2015 general election and they told Buhari their own brother that no vacancy in Aso rock.

So,can't PDP still pay this faction to be doing the killings if they could pay them to betray their own brother before the 2015 election?
