This is the remains of Mr Jacob Obulor who was brutally murdered by the vigilante group (on the order of Mr Ahiakwo Maxwell and Mr Casey Anamah-Chairman of OSPAC ONELGA and Egi clan respectively) OSPAC set up by the Rivers State Government.
Trouble started when the deceased caught his new wife, Mrs Adamma Adje red-handed in the act of adultery with her lover Mr Azunnah Eleonu (an associate member of OSPAC) and demanded that traditional rites be done according to the customs of the land.
Rather than atoning for their sins, the lovers reported the deceased to OSPAC and he was arrested by Aboy and Ubah who took him to the OSPAC office and in less than an hour he was killed and body disposed in a secret location for four days before he was discovered. All effort to know his whereabouts from the OSPAC office was fruitless as they kept on saying he was transferred to Omoku.
When Eze Egi was contacted he sarcastically asked if it was Jacob in the Bible or someone else
