Everybody is complaining about their note 5 but this is the best phone that I have ever used since the day I bought it I have not noticed any single fault it doesn't over heat even when playing games (ie modern combat 5) the only problem I have was when I upgraded to android 9.0 which stopped my notification led for third party apps and fast changing so I later downgraded back to android 8.1 (security patch 5 Dec 2018) and since then no problem..I bought mine fairly used 23rd October 2018

Restoring factory settings will only reset your phone settings to default but not downgrade, now to downgrade from android 9.0 pie to 8.0 Oreo you can only do that with a laptop

Factory Reset..only restores default settings...i doesn't downgrade your OS....

Hello everyone. I seemed to have made the mistake when installing a new SD card on the phone to tell it to use the card as phone memory. Since then, I have not been able to access the memory on the phone, na only the 32gb of the card I dey see.

Even when I remove the card, the phone will not have any internal memory. I've used many file managers and system to try and access it to no avail.

The problems is that the SD card can now only be read by the phone. Thus if I do factory reset, I won't be able to access my files again. Abeg I need guidance and help

At any good phone store. Mine had something similar at some point, it will power off at 56% I went to a repair point and asked the guy to fix a new battery for me, everything was #3500... That was the end to my battery issue and overheating

Awnnn mine shutdown when it was 70% when I power it using power bank I saw 0% and the phone is always hot especially when data is on.. I will try and change it.. the phone is cool but this overheating and power drainage made me wanna sale the phone but I won't sale it again.. I will just change the battery
