I have upgraded my note 5 to OS 10 already but I received "update" notification moments ago only to discover the size of the updates to be 1.18GB... I am confused right now, is it supposed to be up to that since I'm not going to OS 11? Who's experienced this too? my note 5 stylus would keep rebooting without end, except if I remove my MTN Sim card. and when I boot without Sim card, it restart few seconds of playing media, sounds. I have done factory reset and upgraded to Android 10 by connecting to WiFi, but is not solved. I inserted my Glo Sim card yesterday and there's no problem. but if put my previous main MTN Sim card it crashed and keep rebooting. i normally jump one year before I upgrade to new phone, as usual note 7 is my target but not until this problem is solved. my next update hoping it would solve my problem. |

another issue is when I try to install APK from my either opera mini, chrome, it can't open file. using Zarchiver, ES file, it can't read my package installer. it shows other options to open the APK, like showing open with contact, map, settings lol. all my installed app without showing package installer. currently only my file, system app. can install APK apart from Play store. Don't know what kind of issue is this, but my neatly used infinix note 5 stylus is becoming a garbage.  |

Ferdico0806: It's not the phone it's the stupid new Android 10 and 11 stuff , I bought new phone umidigi power 3 and I transferred some apps via xender, when I accessed my apps via xender folder ,some of the APK files turn to folder , I had to go back to xender and install the apps from der . I think it's d new method Android apps will be no more APK soon |

ddjay: This is problem with u guys , u don't think any other phone product will improve except xiaomi, That pix u saw was from umidigi power 3 bro .so I get no time to copy and paste rubbish . I sent a friend of mine an image captured with itel p36 I removed the water mark and ask d guy to guess the phone that took the pix , he mentioned xiaomi product ,as a normal xiaomi warrior he is , I den send d full image to d guy with d watermark showing the name of d phone he no talk again. My point is xiaomi is not d best cheap phone in d market in fact they are even expensive for me.. Same with Samsung and iPhone they are only have brand name reproducing same phone with high pricing. Same with xiaomi .so leave this thread and find something new to do , FYI my infinix note 5 is still sound and good and it's going 2 years now without repair. 1 Like |
