I dont like itel......my spec for a new phone should be 3gig ram,32gig rom or above,at least 4000mah ba3,13mp cam.

Phone repairs are always costly in phones offices. Try these road side engineer.

There are good ones among them they'll fix it for you for a lower price. But if you have the money to get a new one please do. Don't buy Itel

Their products are crap, currently battling with S12 that cannot format (use) SD CARD as internal storage on OS 6.0 while their Carlcare thread here has refused to answer my qstn on their thread, one of their agents (Major marketer) has been dodging my query on WhastApp too whereas be is busy uploading useless status.

My qstn is who forced dem to use OS 6.0 for d device

Itel is the best. No mind that other guy. But if you don't like itel, you can get Gionee. Gionee A32 or A1 to be exact.

I was charged 13k to change the SWOLLEN BATTERY of my m5 at goinee office ikeja,

but I changed it for #5,500 in one small roadside shop without issue.

alaba is my last option now

looking at getting a 2gig ram phone with 3500-4k ba3 my budget is 25k,will dispose it after two months.
