Duties Includes these but not limited to them

1 He/she oversees the activities of the workers
2, Train and evaluate employees and ensure that the company is on track to meet its financial goals
3, The manager must also develop and implement budgets, prepare weekly, and monthly reports according to company's policy.
4, He/She must have the ability to co-ordinate the daily work activities and provide resolution to clients complaints promptly
5,He / she must be crises/conflict solver and also a mediator between the employees and management.
6, He/She must also be good in raising the company's sales target and ensure that monthly sales target is achieved
7, Represents the company in seminars/meetings if need be.
8, Be ready to improve both company's productivity and work quality
Must also be ready to learn fast within a short period of time.
Must also have leadership skills and must have acquired skills from a previous managerial position

QUALIFICATION -----
HND/BSC DEGREE OR MSC MANAGEMENT/BUSINESS ADMIN WITH OVER FOUR YEARS EXPERIENCE
35- 40 YEARS OF AGE AND MUST BE GOOD IN EXCEL, WORD AND POWER POINT
PREFERABLY MALE
