Get a referral notes from an accredited hospital, and visit dermatologists in LUTH annex, yaba. If u don't do so, u'll spend and suffer for nothing. That being said u didn't describe the rash. Is it itchy, any pus or fluid discharge, how many such rash are on ur skin?

its only on my left leg and no other part of my body. i didn't pay attention to it so its been on my leg for long and i was thinking it would go but i stayed actually in a unhygienic environment in 2016 during my undergraduate days due to no money then

I have said it here before, the best dermatologist in Nigeria is 75 years old Dr Donald Emeruom of Wimpole clinic Aba. Consultant and A professor as well. Am not advertising him but when you see you also proclaim and tell others to go and get healed ASAP.

i have had this skin discolouration for going to 3 years since 2016 or earlier... i am not sure whether its a rash or infection. at first, i thought its nothing ,that after some usage of good body cream and dettol usage.it would wipe off and my skin back to normal but it has failed to cleanse which surprise me because as of since last year, i have been taking good care of my skin to extent that people i meet do say i look good. so please what is the cause, the problem and the solution? @ nairalanders pics below

i basically have no idea on time ,it does itch..it happens especially when am yet to take bath or do body clean up in a long while

it might be that the water you make use of is bad, always add antiseptic to your water or boil it, if that doesn't help change your soap/sponge. then apply dermatol cream to the affected area.
