Developer/ Applications Account Manager

Ours is a health information management company with a passion to revolutionise access to health information in Nigeria and across Africa as a whole.

We are currently seeking a smart and passionate candidate that will be responsible for managing web-based applications and supporting clients in their use.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for frontend development of application
2. Ability to consume and implement ASP.NET Web API REST Services
3. Map frontend input fields to data model fields
4. Create methods to call APIs
5. Develop helper classes and Javascript to handle UI related task
6. Frontend error handling and caching
7. Be the primary point of contact for all the company’s applications and apps
8. Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
9. Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of the company’s IT products while also forecasting and tracking key account metrics
10. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities in the Health Informatics/ IT industry; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations

Requirements:
1. C#
2. REST API
JavaScript
3. JQuery
4. Bootstrap
5. Asp Net/MVC/Razor Template
6. Visual Studio 2012 or higher
7. Familiarity with source control environment such as GitHub
8. Knowledge of web services / API integration
9. Minimum BSc
10. Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
11. Proven experience with account management and customer engagement

Location
Lagos, Nigeria with additional opportunity for remote working

Salary
Negotiable depending on salary
