Buyer returns signed SPA to seller along with announcement/ATB formats, together with the details of his inspector and supercargo. 3. Buyer’s bank swifts BCL based on agreed verbiage to seller’s bank. 4. Seller’s captain issues NOR/ETA, MATB. 5. Buyer boards and confirms cargo for CIQ as vessel arrives buyer’s POD. 6.
