Hi everyone. I am a redeemite and observing the fasting unfortunately I am not able to eat anything once I break my fast due to lack of appetite. This often happens to me each time there is fasting and has led to stomach ulcer. How do I ensure I am hungry and able to eat after breaking my fast. May sound like a funny thread but it is a big challenge for me. |

whenever you break try and eat something no matter how small even if you are not hungry |
