I know it's not easy being an entrepreneur in Nigeria,yet some of these so called bosses are so wicked and greedy,even when money is coming in often they still would hold back the peanut of the workers helping them make the money.
Infact,they don't mind you working for free.

These employers are really insensitive to the plight of their workers. Look @ him going abroad to enjoy himself and his workers go home lamenting everyday for 4months. Wicked soul bosses. No human feelings. And when yhey want to pay you,they make you feel they are doing you a favour. As if you didn't work for that money.

I have been there,so i know how the workers feel.

Some employers are autocratic and wicked especially one man business. They hardly value their employees who brings money to them.

If you treat your labour bad, expect poor reception from your consumers. The most valuable asset in an organisation is human capital. If you malteat them, your business is in trouble.
