Hello N'landers. I got my infinix hot 4 pro in September, 2017. It was still fine last month. Then, about six days ago, it started draining extremely fast. Let's not forget about the heating. I mean, I could literally burn a sucklings cheek with it. Please, help me, I don't know what to do. Lalasticlala. |

Fahrenhite:The charging rate hasn't altered. The only patent change is the speed with which it drains. For example, when the only thing I do on my phone is using my web browser, it drops at 2% per minute. |

Isomerizm:Yes you might be charged but the fee would be less probably N1000. You might end up not paying anything provided you didn't open your phone or change anything inside. Please go with your receipt, phone park and prove of identification |

It's because you did not keep the battery life healthy. You charge to 100% all the time, infact you leave it on charging throughout the night. You drain to 0% leaving the battery dead all the time. There are some little rules you have to follow if you want to keep the battery life healthy. 1 Like |
