As I say always, if Land for Ranching is approved in Every State, then each State citizens are the ones to own the ranch and the cows in it, cos we are talking about private businesses here. Zamfara Ranch should have citizens of Zamfara and their cows, no Imo State citizen, and Imo State Ranch must be owned by Imo State citizens and their cows, no Zamfara State indigene. After all, it is about grooming cow for our meat and economy, no be so ? Any other thing na scam to take our land, the same Uthman Danfodio strategy.
