Kaduna State Special Trafic Force (KASTELEA) arrested a Commercial Pure Water Vehicle at Anguan Muazu at about 8 am today. The Driver was immediately told to drive the Vehicle with the Pure Water valued at N18000= to their Compound. On getting there, they charged N40000= as follows:- N25000 for failing headlight, N10000 for fake particulars and N5000 for resisting arrest. N40000= before he can collect his Vehicle back. It is appropriate to comment that all these charges are arbitrary, deliberately discriminating and immorally disincentive to businesses in Kaduna State. El Rufai should please stop this arbitrariness in his Kastelea !!! From Orunto27. |
