Lagos state recently added 3,500 fees to plate number....
Its called fees for OKAY PAPER.... and also VIO officers has been posted to all MVAA offices across Lagos state to collect this fees.....
The VIO officer will collect the details of the vehicle to be registered and will generate and print out okay paper, without which, you cannot proceed to register your vehicle..... or do change of ownership

This for now comes out next day (most officer at the officer dont have a PC to enter the details) making new reg to be difficult to deliver same day or even next. Most of the officers will however asking that something be added to this 3,500

So, I think vehicle papers documents in Lagos state has been increased by one - OKAY PAPER....

This is coming after the attempt to increase the cost of pate to 100k failed, because of the (rumor says) 2nd time bid of Gov Ambo.
