For your information, I was specific about Lagos residents because that's where my business is based, In my kind of business, we offer our service to customer location, we either train them in their HOMES for those with swimming pool in their houses, do you know some people have swimming pool in their houses? Yes they do...or we go to their preferred public pool to train them, and of course the kids must come with someone (either their parent or a guardian)
