Job Overview

General knowledge of the applicable principles and best practices in sales and marketing; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers; ability to present information and make recommendations effectively in oral and written form. Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of the Internet.

Job Responsibilities

Initiate, develop and maintain contact with customers
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product and services of the company.
Maintain proper and adequate documentation of customer records
Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Educational and Work Experience

Minimum of an HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or other similar degree.
Three to Five years previous work experience as a Marketing Executive in Banking, Finance Company or other Financial Institution.
