In 2003, before they finished collating results in the various states, NTA was already announcing results in Abuja. That was the same election where Obasanjo won 100% of votes in a particular Island in Rivers state. This same worthless Secondus was in PDP under Odili at that time.

PDP can not survive beyond 2019. They're not used to normal democracy but rigging and fraud. That's why they can not perform well in a sensible electoral contest
