This customer service training is for participants interested in acquiring customer service skills including those desiring to build a career in Customer service. This particular training would run on Saturdays starting from the 26th of June and it would run for one month. And it is designed for the telecommunication industry. If you are interested you can call Lara on 08033014082 for enquiries. All participants would be awarded a certificate of attendance as soon as they complete the training.
