How much rice is need with other ingredients?
How much salad and chicken needed too?

You will need to cook rice 1bag i.e 50kg
Tomato, pepper and onions 5k, depending on where you are buying from, lesser if at mile 12.
Tin tomatoes largest size 1500 and 2 derica @ 500 each
Chicken (big cuts @one piece per plate) 6 cartons @50pieces per carton, price 10k per carton
You will need 25liters of oil BTW 12k to 13500
Knor 3packs 1800 and benny seasoning 1pack 1400
Curry and thyme 1000
Bayleaf 200
Butter 400

dear you need 1 bag of rice,tomtoes half basket pepper 4k, for quality taste u need butter like 4 ,curry,thyme, bayleaves, most importantly estimate like 100k to 120 k for better cooking .goodluck

60 derica would be enough for 300 persons

Remaining 4 dericas can serve as burn burn
