Let me give you an example, I wanted to buy something using my access Bank Visa Bank Card on a POS as soon as the sales girl sees that it is a foreign card from Nigeria she asked me what bank is it? I said a bank in Naija, immediately she refused to put it in the POS machine asking me to go withdraw from an ATM and pay her cash.
