I was asked to collect my letter. But the pay is discouraging.

This is Nysc 2.0,the schools will use you, especially if you are in lagos, the pay is small because you have bills to pay and you must come to school everyday, accept it if you don't have a better offer and while doing this learn a skill, though it won't be easy because of time, so that at the end of the programme you won't be stranded or you have to start all over again, and please don't depend on the 30k alone, organize lessons and earn more, it's a contract job, forget about permanency

please where or how can I retrieve the apps you (npower) uploaded for us? I lost everything after i went to repair my device about 3weeks ago, the panel was discovered as faulty and was changed. I collected the device last week from the service centre and found out that I have lost all my apps. please where should I go to? am in bayelsa state.
