As a Lagos based and a law abiding citizen  , I sold one of my rides. Although, the proceed was to be used to buy a newer car for the family. So my question is, since it is not sold via a dealer/company but instead through jiji, olx etc. Will I have to pay Lagos state Gov any sales Tax? |
