You don't need material. Just be comfortable with basic maths (fair speed and accuracy) and English ( I can't remember if it's comprehension or not again).

I got an invite mail from Wema on Friday last week. WEMA INTENSIVE TRAINING program (TS) will last 3 months and starts on Monday 9th December 2019.

Another set of training school completed but it seemed this batch and the last set that rounded off May 2019, were given full conversion from contract staffs.
So Papuz, please come here and rectify things.
How much is the monthly salary of the converted trainees?
How much is the leave bonus and how many weeks?
What about other benefits like housing, medicals Quarterly bonus and profit sharing

Hello. Yes we have. We graduated on February 28th 2020 and I must say it was indeed intensive but interesting.
We're currently on an 8week ON - THE - JOB training after which final posting is scheduled to be released.

Training school is one of the most beautiful I've seen and staff are friendly. There's a monthly stipend which will be reviewed upwards after graduation.

Very nice. However, i must ask if you have any idea how much the monthly take home , leave bonuses and quarterly bonuses would be as i heard the last batch ( May 2019) were asked to go back to their previous departments (Operation and marketing) ,only few out of to the 50 made it to Marina 57 and two branches at VI & Ikeja.

I don't think the May 2019 set is graduate trainee. Ours was. It might have been the conversion.

As for posting, you can't categorically say how it is done.
