Our cops are just too unprofessional

The reason there are rules if engagement is because of situation like this.

So a NP sight a suspected criminal, the next thing is to shoot to kill.
That's how they've been killing innocent civilians, now they're killing themselves cause if their ineptness

He should have shot the two kidnappers. There is no difference between SARS and kidnappers. They operate exactly the same way and even dress worse than kidnappers. I won't be surprised if the next SARS will be mistaken for boko haram and shot like the goats that they are. I don't know why they cannot wear proper uniforms. Alwaya dressing like thugs.
