Nigerian Atheists Sue Akwa Ibom State Governor Over Building Of Church by lilliesboy(m): 10:20pm On Jul 28, 2018
Nice move by the Atheist Society of Nigeria (ASN) and other humanist partners! I wish I can sue my State Governor too. Gov. Seriake DICKson of Bayelsa State did the same thing last year. The Ecumenical Centre he built boast to be the largest in Africa, so maybe the Governor of Akwa Ibom State is trying to compete with his fellow Governor in the same Niger Delta region.

Apart from abusing the Constitution however and whenever they like, these VAMPIRE politicians who often hide in religious piety or "holy garments" have money for magnificient religious projects and pilgrimages in foreign land but do not have money for salary payment, creation of gainful jobs, infrastructural development etc. On the other hand, the imbecilic, deluded and impoverished masses pour praises on them for building Churches and mosques, and see us that condemn it as agents of their imaginary devil. Stupid people!

If God needs a house then he's not God. How can an entity that created the universe always ask people to bring money (tithes and offerings), ask people to bomb people that don't believe in him (Boko Haram, al Qaeda etc).

God is the most infantile entity in the universe (if the fraud even exist).

You speak with ignorance peculiar to folks who despise knowledge simply because it doesn't agree with their idiosyncrasies. But I won't bore you with arguments concerning the topic. Just response to you in line with your question and understanding.
Isaiah 66:1
“Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?”
. So you see, God does not need a house. grin grin

The emphasis by God on us all is seen in the next verse.
Isaiah 66:2
“For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.”

Shalom.

Oh, thanks for emphasising the fact that God don't need a house. So join in condemning the move by the governor.
