I got invited to begin the recruitment process with HealthPlus Limited for the position of Learning & Development Specialist in Lagos.

I'm really not certain if pursuing it will be worthwhile because I'm currently employed in a mid-level management role of a company in same career path.

It seems to me that the HealthPlus job is an entry level position because i got an invite for an aptitude test.

Please advise urgently on any information you have about the company, their working culture, remuneration package /pay, prospect, etc. Thanks.
