1. Workshop Manager (Engineering)

Requirements:

BSc/ B.Eng / HND in Engineering
29 – 35 yrs
3-5 yrs experience

The Job includes:

Fabricate and produce quality engineering spares to support factory operations.
Provide inhouse support for modification and design out to improve asset care and utilization
Documentation of activities and build a data base for future investment decision making
Coordinate and manage all forklifts on site
Manage contractors and third party services providers
Manage safety and environment in the team and ensure compliance
Coordinate coach and develop subordinates
Provide adequate maintenance for all equipment and tooling
Manages departmental projects as the need arises

Skills required:

General plant Maintenance
Plant equipment operations
Inventory Management
Computer operations
People Management
